These tires last a long time I like them

These tires are a middle of the road option. They are an economy tire with very thin side walls. After a 5-10,000 miles they start to howl and make a lot of road noise. They have impressive lateral traction in the wet but poor traction when accelerating. On the front of my car, one tire was wasted at roughly 30k. It wore like it was under-inflated but the tire was always at 36psi. The other side tire (also at 36psi) has plenty of tread left, throughout. So consistency seems to be an issue.
